How I Work
A cracked tile is rarely just bad luck. It usually means movement in the substrate, a hollow void under the tile, or a missing expansion joint. I find out why before I replace anything, otherwise the new tile cracks too.
Matching matters. I work with the tiles you provide or track down the closest available match, and set the replacement to the correct depth and grout line so it does not stand out as a patch.
Where a tile is loose but intact, I lift it cleanly, remove the old adhesive, and re-bed it properly. Done right, a repair is invisible and permanent.
